BEGIN

​

{ alignment + exploration }

​

BEGIN is open to all skill levels aiming to visit the fundamentals of Pilates (hint: foundational practices but very much a workout) this session has been crafted for those new to Pilates + those with extensive experience.

​

you'll receive comprehensive guidance and supportive instruction to learn the core principles of Pilates. you'll leave feeling connected to your body + excited to fine tune your practice.

 

all levels reformer class. perinatal friendly. not appropriate for clients with serious injuries. prerequisite: none

BURST

​

{ stamina + strength }

​

BURST presents a dynamic Pilates session geared towards enhancing your endurance and promoting major blood circulation. 

​

you'll tone your abs, sculpt your arms, + shape your glutes on the reformer with bursts of Pilates inspired cardio sprinkled throughout. you'll leave feeling accomplished and energized.

 

intermediate level reformer class. not appropriate for clients with serious injuries. perinatal clients with approval from instructor. prerequisite: BEGIN class at inner vision, private session at inner vision, or other contemporary pilates training.

FLOW

​

{ conditioning + mobility }

​

FLOW is our signature group reformer class. allow your breath lead your body as you flow through a series of movements that challenge your strength + flexibility.

 

designed to elevate your mind-body connection + activate your deep core muscles. you'll leave class feeling stronger, longer, and one step closer to your inner vision. 

 

all levels reformer class. perinatal friendly. not appropriate for clients with serious injuries. prerequisite: BEGIN class at inner vision, private session at inner vision, or other contemporary pilates training.

PAUSE

{ stretch + decompress }

​

PAUSE is our restorative class that encourages your mind + body to slow down.

 

you will move through dynamic stretches that loosen the joints, move the spine, + encourage your body to release. you'll leave class feeling grounded + light on your feet.
