please take some time to familiarize yourself with our studio terms + policies before enrolling as a student. when enrolling as a student of INNER VISION PILATES, you agree to the terms + policies as laid out on our website:


we thank you for your commitment to creating a space for everyone to enjoy + connect to their inner vision.

new clients:

  1. the intro teaser week (valid for 7 days) is only available to new clients. clients may only purchase the introductory offer once. the introductory offer is non-refundable nor transferable. clients have the option to select their activation date at check-out.

  2. clients who are signed up for their first reformer class must arrive at least 10 minutes early for proper orientation to the reformer and are not granted late entry for safety purposes.

group class policies:

  1. a minimum of two people is required for a class to proceed. you will be contacted via text and/or email at least 2 hours prior to the start of class should the class need to be cancelled and your session returned. if no clients have registered for a session 2 hours ahead of the start time, the class will be removed from the live schedule.  

  2. we allow a 5 minute grace period for late entry after the start of class. however, if someone from the waitlist is at the studio at the start of the class and you are not, your spot will be given up to them.

  3. owner and/or teachers reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons; and reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance. 

  4. cancellations made less than 8 hours before the start of class will be considered a late cancel. a late cancels and no show will result in the loss of the class credit from your package. unlimited members will be subject to a late cancel and no show fee. 

  5. unlimited members (including new clients using the teaser week) will incur an $18 charge to their account for all late cancellations and no-shows.

private training policies:

  1. cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start of a private session will be considered a late cancel. a late cancel or a no show will result in the loss of the class credit from your specific class package.

unlimited membership:

  1. unlimited members may pre-book up to ONE class per day. classes are on a first come first served basis. to avoid disappointment, please schedule in advance.

  2. unlimited members are eligible for 10% off all retail purchases, workshops, and wellness offerings. 

  3. unlimited clients are responsible for a late cancel (less than 8 hours notice) and no-show fee of $18 per occurrence.

  4. owner reserves the right to increase membership prices, update cancellation policy, and change the group class schedule with 4 weeks advance notice to clients.

pregnancy + postpartum:

  1. we welcome our pregnant and postpartum clients to join our BEGIN, FLOW, + PAUSE classes throughout their pregnancy. please speak to a teacher before registering for our BURST class.

  2. please keep your teacher informed as your body changes. our teachers are trained in perinatal Pilates. they are here to support you throughout the class + give you options that meet your body’s needs on the day. if something doesn’t feel right, please communicate with the teacher to ensure we find a safe modification. 

  3. please email us via if you have specific questions or concerns.

etiquette + code of conduct:

  1. INNER VISION is a dedicated space for mental + physical wellness. we take the responsibility for the energy we bring to our space seriously + request that each of our clients do the same.

  2. please leave all personal belongings at the cubbies. no phones allowed in the studio space (next to your reformer). please silent your phone + smart watch before the start of class.

  3. our teachers are qualified and trained in the Pilates method. they are here to support you throughout the class + give you options that meet your body’s needs on the day. if something doesn’t feel right, please communicate with the teacher to ensure we find a safe modification.

refunds + returns: 

  1. all sales are final. all packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be used by specified expiration date. all merchandise bought is considered a final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.

  2. if you are injured, owner's discretion will be used for extension and/or suspension of membership and/or class package. extensions/suspensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiration date.

  3. clients must have their own account + purchase their own package or membership.

lost + found:

  1. the studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio. email us via for any items you may have left behind.
